In Windows XP through Windows 10

Option #1

  1. Open the “Run” dialog box by pressing and holding the Windows key, then press the R key (“Run”).
  2. Type devmgmt.msc:

  3. In the Device Manager windows look for Processors and Display Adapters. Under each of them, you will find their model information.

Option #2

HWiNFO gives you detailed information on every piece of hardware in your computer.

Note:
You can skip the installation of the HWiNFO, if you already know your hardware info – CPU / GPU / RAM.
